University of Cumbria

The University of Cumbria, established in 2007, has its roots in institutions dating back to 1822. It was formed through the merger of St Martin’s College, Cumbria Institute of the Arts, and University of Central Lancashire’s Cumbria sites. The university is headquartered in Carlisle, with additional campuses in Lancaster, Ambleside, London, Barrow-in-Furness, and Workington .
